No one really knows. From caffeine's angle URL probably wasnt profitable enough. They were spending a shytload of money on marketing/venues and shyt. Hell apparently the building they in now was built with Caffeine money.

So after the relationship soured URL started running their own ppvs again (it's why you dont have the viewers voting anymore). Also let battlers know the pay gonna be heavily reduced since caffeine stimmy gone.

Coffee/Jaz was better just off the energy of the battlers alone. Crowd also seemed to rock with it more.
