My dude.. I read a good amount of the report last night before finally falling asleep, and if i were you, I’d stop posting ANYTHING that has to do with that investigation. You and I BOTH know how shady it was. There’s so many fukking holes, and half ass work that was done. Everyone in the media is going ham on OSU, and the ‘investigation’

They was gonna go ham anything short of Urban getting fired. I watched some of espn last night after the press conference, and the narrative was Urban didn’t show remorse for the victim. My thing is the police dept didn’t find her credible, her own parents says she lying, but somehow because she says he hit her then that’s the gospel . Now did Urban lie? Im sure of it, especially saying his wife didn’t tell him of her texts from Courtney, and when the investigators looked at Urban phone he didn’t have message older than a year. Zach Smith should have been fired for numerous things over the years, but im not buying Courtney story. And back to my previous post im confused as to If the compliance office informed you of what was going on, what is your responsibility to report to the compliance office?

Crazy thing is it was the compliance office who informed Gene and Urban of the 2015 incident, yet their suspension is in part of not reporting to the compliance office of the 2015 incident

I’m reading through this investigation, and it’s so perfectly laid out, urban is the hero/moral compass, Shelly conveniently said something to the police, despite her reservations, and Zack was a degenerate spiraling out of control

Dude is spending “personal” money (600) at a strip club in Florida, with high school coaches, while on a recruiting trip, urban reprimands him and puts new language in the conduct book no porn on school issued devices, and no being seen at strip clubs (i believe) (the irony is, urban was fukking the breaks off co-eds, while at Florida, while he was married)

Zack starts not paying his credit card bills, or cell phone bills, that are school issued

Zack starts being late to practices, and workouts, he has sex toys delivered to osu facilities, he takes lewd photos at the facilities and the White House

The criminal trespassing charges come, and they find out, and clip him right then and there, like i said, if he did all this, then he did no wrong, he acted soon as the charges were brought to his attention, but we all know it’s way more to this, because it’s really no need to suspend him based upon his valiant actions :Whyyoulying:

He didn't show any remorse. He didn't apologize. He didn't even seem to want to be there, even though it could've painted a better picture with better understanding of the whole situation (if he did no wrong) As for the text messages that were a year old or older being deleted, the investigation had no access to them. (Not without a court order that is) So when the investigators got a hold of his phone, they were like 'oh, you must have learned how to text message exactly one year ago today
