Who decides what is disinformation?
We were told the Hunter Biden laptop story was disinformation and as Zuckerberg came out and said the other day,the intelligence community lied and pressured Facebook to change the algorithm so it wouldn't be deseminated.
I would be more concerned with Government spreading lies nowadays than any random post on social media.
Elon is a trump supporting conservative bruh. Zuck being pressured from the intelligence community doesn’t absolve Musk allowing pro-right disinformation to be spread, while censoring or being biased against left leaning info being spread. The “free speech” argument only ever comes up when it comes to defending right wing biases. So Hunter Biden laptop becomes the “why are they censoring free speech” rallying cry, while Elon gets to decide what is or isn’t disinfo. Brazil has this right.
Trump was the commander in chief at one point. He was literally The Government spreading lies. Whether it was through bots, or what have you. The abundance of pro-trump ads outdoing Kamala ads, right leaning ads in general. How is this fair? How is it freedom of speech when the ceo of the site gets to post racist anti black memes, while censoring left leaning pro-black posts? BBBBBut the government!!
