The circumstances surrounding the incident are irrelevant. As far as we know, Mack wasn't in any committed relationship with Kravhaven. Even if she was, that would not excuse anything on his part. It's prison time regardless.

Knowing this dude had beat her in the past, if they'd been broken up since May, she shoulda changed the locks on the door or something. IMO that wasn't his first time to come over there since May
