She's awaiting trial Monday wearing an electronic monitoring device. You act like the judge wagged his finger, said "now, don't do that again!" and that's the end of it.

It's a federal case, so the judge is going to evaluate bail differently than someone who can't afford bail on a minor offense. I don't really agree with holding non violent defendants who are unlikely to reoffend while on pre trial release.
