At least he's driving the 10 year car of his dreams and making old CACS mad. You're probably making payments on something brand new and no one is mad at you. So whatever!

Also Stuntone is trolling. Nobody on the coli is this stupid...I refuse to believe it.
the sad part is, i don't think he is trolling :merchant:

Where you in a coma in 2008?

You guys aren't good at math.

Let's take your logic:

buy at house 200k, 30yr fixed 4%APR

with Interest you'll pay out $488,705.68 after 30 years, not included your upgrades and maintenance.

In a stagnant market like now, you'll be looking to sell it for 200k, and you've put over a 1/2 a million into it.

Its all about financing 10 year old luxury cars :lawd:

:dead:
because the house won't appreciate a single dollar over the course of 30 years?? :dead:

and all that rent you're paying over course of 30 years in the mean time is going where?? :dead:

make 100k and not understand how to manage it efficiently, brehs
:dead:

My house sells Friday! :win:

What does having a house have to do with this car? :what:

Don't tell me you stuck chasing that old 1960s and 70s american dream? Houses aren't good investments anymore bruh.
:snoop:

This is a white mans lie.No real nikka ever going to sit back and think that up.

I saw a used Ferrari for sale for $60,000 from a private owner. Kind of a good deal, but kind of not. Ferraris are nice, but they aren't driven a lot. The good news is that old ones have low mileage. The bad news is that the engine seals wear down as much or even more from an intermittently-driven car than a regularly-driven car.

@Stuntone, Man just do you. If that's what you want do it man. Everyone's situation is different. I hope to drive my dream car someday. Those Audi's are nice, but right now they are out of my price range. Do you and enjoy the ride man. :salute:

Cosign. All of the coli financial experts are gonna talk reckless, but shyt nikka live it up :manny:

I don't really have a dream car anymore, my next car is probably gonna be either a Volvo or a Ford. I thought about getting something crazy like a Maserrati, but I don't think I'd like the stares I'd get from people. I don't even like wearing clothes with branding or insignia's on them.

And you don't own until you pay it off, the bank owns it. Yes, it's kind of cool as a status symbol, but if you're looking to make money. No.The market isn't booming anymore.

He asked "me" if I had a home. I got a great deal on my house, I'm selling my now. But most people aren't as lucky. I use to think just like yall. Homeownership isn't what it's boasted to be. Real Talk.

I'm sorry coli baller. I don't have IT Certs and space ships in my garage. I just want to own a home, not drive 10 year old luxury cars and grow old and fat with the same woman. I dont want to make money off the damn home, I want to just own it so my kids can have a home to raise my grandkids in when im dead and stuff.
