Honestly I thought they gave Charlotte the title was so at the end of Mania, they could have the 4HW all have belts and pose in the ring. I also thought that Sasha and Bayley would hold on to the titles past the next Takeover in June. One match with the Sky Pirates to legitimize the facts that the titles would be defended on every brand. Obviously my booking style is not for WWE. I wondering is AEW hiring. Lol

You have people like Triple H or his associates down in NXT who have ideas and long term booking plans, usually logically sound and then you have the writing teams on both RAW and SDL and then you have Vince himself. The writing teams aren't comparing notes you can see that easily on a week to week basis and then what is even more hurtful to the product is when Vince just scraps something and everyone has to start over.
