watching now it is kind of meh, seems like it should just be on youtube, dude just regurgitating ish from alex haley auto biography and wikipedia. And some interviews with old azz negros

going to binge anyways as the old clips and interviews look cool

I mean with this netflix budget, i'd rather get that breh nigel thatch and do a last 72 hours of malcolm x life mini series type ish
I don’t believe this is a Netflix production

Pretty good, knew a fair bit about most of it. Knew FBI were tracking NOI didnt think it was to that degree and length of time. They really were scared of the Black Messiah
:wow:

Always love when Malcolm shuts down the white guys in interviews lol

Just finished watching the whole thing. This shyt was damn good and informative. Pretty much covered the whole spectrum.

Malcolm X is one of my heroes so I knew about a good 90% of this stuff already because I started studying his teachings in college.

Not gonna spoil it for others but I never knew who the real killer was until now. I'll fall back until other brehs watch it tho but this was a good watch to me.

That Black Messiah shyt was crazy. Cointelpro was evil as fukk. Fear of a Black Messiah is why all the real black leaders that was really about change got killed. Fred Hampton was definitely on his way to being what J.Edgar Hoover's fakkit ass feared.

I think the most interesting thing about this documentary is how forgiving black folks are. As long as you show you're repentent and do enough good, folks seem to be willing to turn the other cheek and forgive you. But those two guys who were wrongfully convicted and served time for Bradley's crime is the biggest miscarriage of justice here.
