Found the Ali stuff fascinating.
Watching now.. on episode 4. As much as I love Malcolm he had to know he was wildin going up against such a powerful force. I don't even know if this could have ended any other way. But cappin bro in from of his family is some low shyt. Even the worst criminals don't move like that.
Kinda wanna make a thread on TLR...

Cause I think in 1964....theColi might have been split in the Elijah/Malcolm debates.

Loved it. Wasnt too surprised the Newark Muslim community protected William Bradley. Saying he redeemed himself is just an excuse they created in their minds to protect a murderer.

You end up feeling terrible for Malcolm and how his flame was put out. Seems like once his suspension became indefinite he became desperate, especially to continue to be heard and be relevant. In the end he was completely alone, his life completely infiltrated by the FBI and NYPD, disowned by the organization he once helped build up and in complete financial ruin.

One thing is for sure, there were many complicit in his murder. I think it was a marriage between the NOI and FBI and not just either/or, just like with Kennedy. That John Ali is a pure fukking snake.
