You're still overlooking the bigger picture.

It's multiple parties with millions (even billions) of dollars at stake in what happens with Majors. If they wanted that video to leak out, then it would have already done so by now. Let's not pretend like shyt like that hasn't happened before.

People like to bring up WB protecting Miller while overlooking the issue that he's going to have to come out at some point and his transgressions are going to come up in every review of that film and even arguably overshadow it. He can't show up on the red carpet for the film without all of the attention turning to him rather than the actual film itself.
