Saw a trailer for this and just got this feeling, that animation not a fan of it at all and the main villian being a pink bunny I mean at least Frieza, Cell and Super Buu looked decent and somewhat threatening. All this "god" stuff aswell .

i could've sworn there were stills of super sayian 3 vegeta and an eyebrow-less SS4 goku with blonde hair... what happened to all of that?

with that being said... what they did with the closing credits was GOAT status
that was my favorite part of the movie actually lol

otherwise, i just felt too old to really be dissecting this shyt or expecting it to capture my mind the same way tree of might/deadzone/world's strongest had me gassed 14-15 years ago when they first premiered on toonami and i was a cotdamn middle schooler. outside of what i mentioned in the spoilers tag, i wasn't expectin much from this outside of the inevitable abridged version

The movie was good. For those hating, what do you expect from DBZ?
They can't do anything new really. The story is the same. Some NEW nikka appears
Everybody goes " there really is someone stronger" even tho this is like the 100th time a new new nikka comes from somewhere in the universe. Then a Saiyan will have to reach a new level of "Super" or the bad guy is gonna destroy the planet. Bulma will scream at somebody, Vegeta will go "hmph".
What more are you guys expecting? A new beginning that will last for at least 3 good years?
Only if you enjoy DBZ for what it is. Me personally, I know that what made DBZ great was the fukkboi torture they put you thru by making you wait for a week or two before they even get to fighting. Then a fight takes a full week. That... that is the essence of DBZ. You can't really capture that in a 1+hr movie. But they did a decent job imo
