Seeing as certain people are avoiding him…

Martin is a decent fighter at this weight and the rest will follow.

This fight does more for Frank. This doesnt do anything for Shakur besides him getting a belt but he prob ends up how Devin was when he got the WBC belt.

People dont see Frank as an actual danger even though he is good because Shakur bag is deeper plus the pedigree.

Best path for Shakur is win, pick upnthe WBO vacant/beat Loma for it and then move to 140.

If Frank wins you can bet money Tank tries to fight lol

I hear you bro

It’s a respectable opponent for him and helps build them both up further cause a lot of Shakurs previous fights might not be in the same circle of fans as Frank.

We all know Tank is shameless so that wouldn’t surprise me at all :dead:

Lets see if Loma wants to fight him. Been waiting for that for a long time.

I dont think Tank fears shakur, Frank is simply the bigger ROI because Tank can bully Frank ok the business side eaiser since its in house and Frank isnt as big of a draw.

I dont think Tank fights Shakur until from a cross promotion stand point it makes sense.

With Frank vs Shakur, this is a mix of Frank truly wanting to take risk since he is pushing 30. Even if Frank loses he will still be in the mix once other belts vacate.

I don’t think Tank fears any fighter at this weight, he can beat all of them.

However, Tank has no issues with using his A Side status to fight questionable opponents. His fan base will then in turn try and gaslight us into thinking it’s quality opposition (Garcia)

You’re right it would be easier and not a bad fight either.

Shakur is not ready for a tank Fight just yet and he needs to build himself, just like Devin did. He’s the least popular out of the top names( Loma, Devin, Ryan, Tank) around this weight imo.

I think Tank might be playing a dangerous game the longer he leaves Haney and Shakur.

I feel Devin is getting a 140 belt as a security mechanism if he gets Tank Early 24 and loses (he can go back to 140 as a champ and still have leverage).

This is what I can see happening (because Tank has stated he doesn't plan on fighting much longer so he wants to knock off the dudes at his weight now:

Fall 23
Shakur becomes 135 WBC Champ
Devin gets a 140 belt
Tank gets Issac

Spring 24
Devin vs Tank for Devins remaining Belts.

Fall 24
Shakur (assuming he hangs on to WBC belt) vs Tank/Devin Winner for Undisputed.

If Devin loses to Tank Devin would be chilling at 140 and in Spring 25 you can have Shakur vs Devin for a 140 belt (since Tank doesn't seem to want to do 140 again, but then again Tank prob feels he could KO Devin at 140).

When I spoke to Frank Martin back in July, he said he wanted any of the top guys in the lightweight divsion. Now he's fighting Shakur Stevenson. I don't think it's going to end up well for him but I salute him for taking the challenge.

Even though Shakur easily outboxes him hopefully frank can land a lucky punch and ko Shakur for being corny.
Hopefully people underrate Frank and Frank puts on a good show.

nikkas is talking like Frank is Rolly Romero when Frank beats everyone Shakur has beaten (and can probably KO them) imo.

This is fan fiction tier because Tank has shown 0 inclination to challenge himself at all so dunno why he would start now.
