14 months?! How strong are you now?I 'milked' Madcow for 14 months straight, After a few cycles on MC, I'd advise you to drop light back squat and incline bench on the mid-week day (deadlift day) & do progressive front squatting & MOHP (military over head press) instead.
MC is a very decent 5X5 format to transition on after SL, you doing the right thing fam, keep adding strength (& size) to your frame, next stop is to jump onto Wendler's 5-3-1
