Did you train or hit the steam room before the second set of pics? Cant really tell if the difference comes from water weight/ hydration. Otherwise, keep going :salute:

I haven't updated this thread in a while, I'm probably going to start weekly updates instead of the daily format I used during the summer when I had a lot of free time. Right now I'm in school and it becomes harder to find the time to post this with all the studying and distractions out here. So I'll just post my Friday workout and weights because I move the weight up on Fridays.

Friday's workout:
Squat
5 x 155 lbs
5 x 190 lbs
5 x 230 lbs
5 x 265 lbs
3 x 315 lbs
8 x 230 lbs

Bench Press
5 x 115 lbs
5 x 145 lbs
5 x 175 lbs
5 x 200 lbs
3 x 240 lbs
8 x 175 lbs

Bent over rows
5 x 75
5 x 95
5 x 115
5 x 130
3 x 155
5 x 115

I did Strong lifts 5x5 until it became too difficult to add weight every week.
Then I moved on to madcow which I am currently on.

I 'milked' Madcow for 14 months straight, After a few cycles on MC, I'd advise you to drop light back squat and incline bench on the mid-week day (deadlift day) & do progressive front squatting & MOHP (military over head press) instead.

MC is a very decent 5X5 format to transition on after SL, you doing the right thing fam, keep adding strength (& size) to your frame, next stop is to jump onto Wendler's 5-3-1 :win:

14 months ain't that long fam.

If you divide that across 10 week intervals (lets say ~2.5 months = 1 cycle) I only managed to squeeze 5-6 cycles out of that program.

I'm not as strong as I should be, took about 4 months out from proper programmed lifting due to academic pursuits earlier this year :mjcry:

Been strength training two years now....Doing Wendlers 5-3-1 at the moment, my current most recent stats as follows:

EDIT: These are 1 Rep Maxes.. not 5:whoa:

Squat: 172.5kg – 380lbs
Bench: 127.5kg - 282lbs
Deads: 218kg – 480Lbs
MOHP: 85kg - 188lbs

Big 3 Total = 518kg - 1142lbs
Height: 6'1
BW: 93Kg - 205lbs
