Facts what is even more insulting is that obfuscating history is an insult to the black ancestors who endured torture, starvation , disease on those slave ships. They were violently captured against their will along with women and children and suffered inhumane evil, no black person should be downplaying that or try to obfuscate in anyway such evil.

Everyone should do their due diligence and find out where they come from. Especially black Americans. You might be surprised by what you find because many of us were led to believe we share the same story, but that's not necessarily true.
If black people are actually native americans i would be embarrassed to be black.

"Juan Garrido (c. 1480[1] – c. 1550[2]) was an Afro-Spaniard of Kongo origin conquistador known as the first documented Bantu person in what would become the United States. Born in the Kingdom of Kongo in West Central Africa, he went to Portugal as a young man. In converting to Catholicism, he chose the Spanish name Juan Garrido ("Handsome John"). He is the first known free African to arrive in North America.[1]
He participated in the Spanish conquests of Cuba by Diego Velázquez and the expeditions to Florida by Juan Ponce de León.
