I was in Hammerjack's in Baltimore where the Ravens Stadium is now when B.I.G. did a show...Ready To Die was bubblin...in the city we were curious if he was referring to some NY dudes who tried to open up shop in Lexington Terrace when he talked about 2 techs and coming to MD in Everyday Struggle...he was boo'd and drinks were thrown at him on stage for about ten seconds b4 he stepped back and someone explained what was going on and why...he addressed it and cleared it up right then and there and finished the show with no problems...lit it up after that.

I know Kurupt lived in Hawthorne when he first moved out west, and lived in 118 gangsta hood (same hood as slip capone) but I thought he was genuinely a 60 (meaning the affiliation is authentic, obviously he never banged)
I heard he was certified good in the 60's but he did some knuckle head shyt that caused U & him to fall out I guess. Led to him catchin the fade

Biggie got the most sus lines tho. How did that nikka get so many passes?:mindblown:
Nikkas as a whole seemed more thorough then...his lines where taken as complete comedic punch lines...biggie came from an era where Richard Pryor red fox and others where the stars of the day and many of his lines echoed their explicit satire. Men were men...and society wasn't agenda heavy...it's only looked at today because fakkits are a subject line today. It wasn't then.
