Unpopular opinion: gay people adopting kids is selfish

Now it's nothing wrong with being gay and for the most part I'm not against the movement at all. They deserve to get married and all that.

However, part of being an adult is being logical and rational. A child being raised by two gay parents will make that child more prone to all kinds of things growing up, bullying one of many. Not to mention psychologically, that child will be programmed differently and no studies show that it will be in a good way.

STOP BEING SELFISH, yes it might not be fair but life isn't fair. And no one thinks it's fair to raise your kids under a same sex couple household.

It's not as if there's a long ass waiting list to adopt Black kids to begin with.

Those kids are PRAYING that they get adopted by a couple....any couple. Just to get the hell out of those dreadful places.

more than a decade ago i came across a stat that said in the 1970's there were over 30,000 households in the U.S with children that had same-sex parents in them. I figured if that was the case so long ago then we would have been known if such households were deleterious to the well-being of a child.

i remember this dude with two moms went viral years ago.

Kids deserve to be in a loving household with parents who can properly take care of them, the parents' sexuality has nothing to do with that.

If I’m doing well for myself and my partner is, my adopted child will benefit also not everyone hate gays and fukk studies. What about the kids in foster care at risk of getting molested? You'd sooner see them stay there instead of going to a potentially loving and life changing home just because the parents are same sex huh? How many kids have you adopted and given a permanent home to?
