neither one of them can sing. The studio makes Sza sounds better than she is. Her vocals are processed and reverbed to the max to the point she sounds like she's under water. She makes dope music though, she just can't sing worth shyt.

The first quality takes recording is usually the best take of any record.
Some artist can redo the performance. Yet once the initial vibe of th3 record is laid in the best takes. You not gonna atypically recreate a better recording.
It is going to always sound overproduced for rap off top.
.plus is easily discernable to older listeners and outputting.
Now most people are noob ears and listeners. Who basically are Sharon apple fans. You can easily fool them.

You can also clearly tell he wasn't even trying as he knew it wasn't the final song. Kendrick can have outstanding singing though (Untitled 6 for example where he had everyone wondering who the hell was this great singer singing along Ceelo...well it was him lol). Here, it was just a demo.
