Agree with all of this right here. Especially on ROFTLD. That's like my third favorite movie.

While we're on the topic of zombie movies and their remake counterparts, I absolutely cannot stand Dawn of the Dead 2004. The opening scene is great, after that it's an abomination and shouldn't bear the same name as the classic 1978 version. The characters were some of the most unlikeable creatons in movie history, and the movie is more of an action flick than a horror movie.

I agree to an extent on dawn remake. It has some great moments but terrible characters, and the whole baby zombie scene was not needed just stupid. I did like the action but it didn't save the movie from being borderline trash. Its decent IMO but way underwhelming. The intro is def dope but unfortunately the best part of the movie.

- 85-90% of Tom Cruise movies are garbage, he always tries to seem like world hero, I hate that shyt.

- Return of the King was the only LOTR movie i can re-watch, the rest bore me.

The Godfather is somewhat boring.

Rob Zombie's Halloween remakes are better than the originals.

The Harry Potter movies fell off after film #5.

Howard the Duck was actually a good film.

The Human Centipede is a GOAT film.

Pixar films need to stop being made (they've made enough of them)

Catwoman was an okay film.

X-Men: First Class is a better overall film than The Avengers.

Jurassic Park 2 was better than Jurassic Park 3

The original Black Christmas is a top horror film and almost on par with the original Halloween.

Original Superman films were garbage.

Return of the Jedi is trash.

Friday the 13 films are overrated, Jason Voorhees is overrated.

Quantum of Solace is good film especially if you watch it and Casino Royale back to back immediately and take them as one film.

Casino is better than Scarface and Carlito's way and on par with Goodfellas.

John Carter was a good film.

 

[Batter Up]

Fight Club is a good little flick but incredibly overrated. The type of movie people who arent very smart point to as one of their favorites because it shows 'deep' they are that they understand its obvious anti-commercialism undertones.

Seth Rogan, Paul Rudd, Jason Segal and the majority of the new batch of comedic actors are corny and 90% of their movies are trash.

The Village is actually a decent movie and had it not been promoted strictly as a horror film wouldn't have gotten as much hate as it did

• Avatar is one of the worst and overrated movies ever made
• Adam Sandler makes good movies, the last few like Jack and Jill are horrible.
• Blade 3 was just as good as Blade 1
• Iron Man 3 = Iron Man 1 > Iron Man 2
• Disney didnt start making good cartoons until Emporers New Groove

Already knew someone was going to bring up Scarface. Anyways, here's mine

-The Hangover and it's sequels were garbage and not really funny at all.

-Damn near every movie from the 80's is a classic.

-Menace II Society wasn't that great, Boyz N The Hood was much better.

-Nightmare On Elm Street series is extremely underrated.

-Movies based on comics are corny as fukk.
