^^^ greatest mario game of ALL TIME

I'd argue Sunshine is one of the most underrated games of all-time. I'd definitely welcome a sequel.

1. Fallout 3

Fallout3.jpg

Boring gameplay, repetitive "dungeons", the entire game was brown and grey and uninspiring, and had 3-4 annoying voice actors for hundreds of npcs. I hated it, actually beat the game on accident :scusthov:

TRUE

2. Bioshock Infinite

Official_cover_art_for_Bioshock_Infinite.jpg

AI was terribly cheap, skyhook mechanics and areas were a joke, game breaking guide/arrow system and overall average game with pretty graphics.

Never played it but always hated this series
3. Assassin's Creed Series

xl_Assassins-Creed-3-Connor-Hero-624.jpg

Hated everything about this series, right down to the terrible auto-pilot free running mechanics which could have easily made this game 100x better.

VERY True, I never finished not one of these games

4. Bayonetta

Bayonetta_box_artwork.png

Invasive and annoying cutscenes (this if you don't watch can take a chunk of health if you don't dodge post-cutscene attacks), random loading, retarded mini game after every chapter, sloppy design (making it hard to follow the action on screen), Stupid storyline, and some the worst level design i've ever seen. Which is a shame because the gameplay was superb aside from the forced quicktime events.

5. Infamous series

Infamous-cover.jpg

Cheap AI, painfully slow free-running mechanics, boring powers, annoying missions and side missions.

OK now your reaching, this series was great. I would love to see more open world games where the character has super powers

6. Xbox 360

xbox360balllogolarge.jpg

Besides some exclusives and obvious multi platform games..Xbox 360 has one of the most boring libraries in recent memory. If you want a console strictly for shooters, look no further.

Category:Xbox 360-only games - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I have been saying this for years!! It was literally the only games they knew how to make

R4: Ridge Racer Type 4 is maybe the most fun racing game ever and is definitely the best drift game ever

Yea ridge racer is crazy underrated. way better than NFS

wwwdevil_may_crydedmc1logo.jpg

This whole series is boring and Dante is a certified douchebag.

:childplease:

Mass Effect 3 Was Game of the Generation and the multiplayer was my personal favorite
Halo 4 was decent but Halo Reach >>>>>>
Red Dead Redemption is overrated
Sleeping Dogs is the best open world crime game so far (GTAV pending of course)
AC3 was a great game
Modern Shooters are boring

I hate all of the crying people did over the ending, it was complete overreaction and it took the focus away from what was one of the best trilogies ever.

Also I would like to say I think uncharted is the most overated series in the history of gaming. I have yet to finish any of them, the shooting mechanics suck and the game has too many platform type sequences when you have to jump on little ledges and shyt, if I wanted that I would just play mario.

Here's what you get when you ask 7/8 people about what was so great about Final Fantasy 7.

1. The graphics were mindblowing
2. Sephiroth was cool
3. Cloud had a big sword
4. Areth died and I was traumatized for life, breh. :to:
5. I rode chocobos
6. Weapon bosses was hard
7. Sephiroth killed a big snake that was way too powerful for you
bonuses: There was either a black man/a cat/a cool vampire with a gun

notice how none of those things have to do with actual gameplay, the storyline or any other pertinent thing in RPGs.

Most people couldn't even tell you the story without going to wikipedia first.

Final Fantasy 7, while a decent game with whoa for its time graphics, is the most overrated game of all time.

This game had people playing RPG's for the first time, even if you didnt like it as your favorite, you should thank square for making that game. They brought more money in to develope more rpg's. lets no act like that was a popular series or RPG's were popular before that game. and how can you say "4. Areth died and I was traumatized for life, breh." had nothing to do with the storyline. what was it then?

Burnout 3 is the greatest arcade racer of all time. Game is almost 10 years old and it shyts on every arcade racer since.

Kingdoms of Amalur is a top 5 Action/RPG of this generation of games.

Ninja Gaiden series is overrated. Devil May Cry birthed it's style and did it better.

People don't like Street Fighter III 3rd Strike because it seperates casual and hardcore fans based purely on skill. Plus it's the only game where Ryu is a bottom tier character.

Rage was an underrated FPS

Dead Island despite its flaws, was more fun than Borderlands as a co-op multiplayer experience

and thus my opinion is proven to be unpopular.

I thank Square for FF3/6, CronoTrigger, FFTactics, XenoGears and FFX.

I don't care how much money was made or how many people were playing it. Cause really.... although I maxed the timer out at 99:59:59, what does how many other people playing or liking something or how much money it made have to do with me? Are you about to claim that I should put it on a pedistal because it's "dripping with swag juice and all the bytches love it"?

My point with 4, by the way, is that the greater majority of people know and remember her dying, but don't remember why she died.

- I consider myself a fairly hardcore gamer, but all nostalgia aside, I don't herald Nintendo franchises as the end all, be all of gaming or of fun gaming even. Maybe a bit for kids it's that way. Especially the tried and true Mario/Link games. Yeah, I said it. Hell, among ninty franchises, I prefer Donkey Kong Country over Mario games.

- I agree with the OP about the 360.

- Hell, I don't think M$ bailing out/being forced out the game would even be a bad thing for gaming, despite folks talking all that "competition is good" shyt, cuz if they did drop out of console gaming, someone else would most likely just take their place (Sega got out the game and I don't think it hurt gaming overall, some may disagree :yeshrug:; unless you were to say that M$ replacing them did hurt gaming :heh: I'd definitely take Sega over M$) like Google/Apple/Samsung/etc. and they probably wouldn't come in with M$'s bullshyt shenanigans either.

- The Vita has plenty of doope games and is almost all that I wanted in a portable console.
