So I'm guessing in the movie, Dorian was based on Walter? U know, taking the mask and using it for evil purposes.

Yeah if the mask ever fit walter in the comics which it didnt, hed get the mask but hed always lose it the second he got it, he finally tried to put it on in the mask returns and it didnt fit so he tossed it into the sea, then he had that one shot series which i havent got around to reading
