cameras don't prevent crime, works towards solutions that prevent crime.

My only thing about this is does eliminating this one individual actually do something foundationally. He isn't a founder or anything like that and is more a less just a cog in the machine. A fairly large cog to be clear but a cog that will be replaced rather quickly.
