It’s a pretty good show but there’s really no reason to play it on Adult Swim. I wish the tone was a darker. Also Melinda’s simp fiancé is very annoying.

Episode 5 explained some stuff but added a whole time paradox with Winston, Merlin, and Morgan. I know it’s a passion project but still not feeling it.
All of the characters besides the robots are annoying and it’s too light hearted for my taste. IT’s entertaining but there are darker cartoons on the Disney channel right now that this show. This has no business on Adult Swim. Even if this is a passion project it shouldn’t be lighter in tone than Samurai Jack lol it’s doesn’t have to be Primal but this is a kids show.

Yeah, I agree, it definitely feels like this is something Gennedy wanted done because of his ties to it and it would not exist if he wasn’t a hitmaker. He actually said “fukk continuing primal” for this, but CN better not complain because they wrote of Sym-Bionic Titan so no one can ever go back to that IP either.

I feel like this show has a lot of potential though I think the complexity of the story is betrayed a little by the art. Its not especially violent this could have been on the mainline CN. I get the vibe it will come together as the story goes on.

The show is asking a lot to care about Emma and the fiancé when neither is interesting enough on their own let alone as a couple.
I agree the robot is the best character. Probably because the animation fits his level of emotional intensity.

I didn’t think we got any answers. What exactly are the nature of Melinda’s powers if she can time travel and call up monsters like that crystal? I got the sense they are going to find out the reason they agreed to regenerate was a lie
It looked like she is bound to a demon. Morgan was mad because she didn't want whatever the source of Melinda's powers to consume Melinda. Melinda story arc also reminds me of Chris Claremonts dark Phoenix saga. Especially when she went back home to her parents and they were scared of her. It was almost exactly scene for scene the same

The ability to possess bodies with magic seems to be a standard act. So I’m wondering if the robots were trying to stop Copernicus from reawakening her and continuing Melinda’s possession by this entity. The nine tailed fox is working for Morgan.
This is getting good but I feel like they should have started the story in the Arthurian era.

I like it. At first, it was a little weird, but as I watched more episodes, it grew on me.
