I bought the game just because there has been no boxing game for the past few years. It's a 6 out of 10 for me. I feel constricted by the punching and movement. In career mode I'm an "Out Boxer", but I feel like the game won't let me box. Either I'm tired after 2 jabs, or the game registers my punches too late. No clinching is INSANE!!

As a graphics head, this shyt looks the same as the Undisputed from 10+ years ago. Matter of fact, when I use a PS4 emulator to play it on my PC with better graphics, it looks damn near the same as this shyt.

The graphics are fukking awful smh. Literally PS3 status.

Dunno if it's the lack of detail or shyt lighting, but most of the boxers look like they need either a tan or got a skin condition

They look plastic, the skin textures are awful. The lighting is also terrible and cartoonish as hell, the colors just look like a video game. We been spoiled by Madden and 2K graphics wise (UFC, FIFA, ect). 2K25 probably took the GOAT sports game graphics title this year.

Undisputed looks like the last version on PS3. Looks like the movement is the same too

This has been the long standing issue with all sports games in career mode. Instead of making the competition more difficult as you level up, they make you extra weak starting off. In a boxing game, you shouldn’t start off weak. If anything, maybe long term stamina should be the main issue you have to level up. I remember playing Fight Night and if you start a career with Mike Tyson, you can’t even knock dudes out in the first round because he starts off extra weak. They should make it so that in order to get the big fights, it’s not simply building your record, but your fights should have an excitement grade.

I never got into MyPlayer on NBA 2k because you start off with like a 50-60 overall. Most 1st round rookies are at least in the 75-80 range.

Game seems to have a lot of issues like stamina and body punching having zero effect on anything. Unfortunately the new norm is developers releasing half done games and we just have to wait for patches over the first year or two. I'll probably still cop and just wait out the improvements

Been watching videos from this black youtuber martial mind and the graphics aren't impressive but they aren't horrible either, just kind of mid. I do like the movement from boxers like Loma and Ali. Seems like the devs spent a lot of time making every known fighter unique and true to form

But this game has been in early access with plenty of community feedback for a year and a half. Absolutely no excuse for this game to be in this state. Most people are saying this plays worse now than before the launch update. I was watching MM video just yesterday and he was getting dropped by random desynched ghost punches. Terrible
