what's funny is david chase said that was never supposed to be a sex scene
if you notice, the scene prior, he was complaining about his back.... next thing she using a massager on his back
he said when all the comments came in, he just never corrected anyone and went with it

Councilman Zelman starts dating tony's old Russian whore and asks Tony if it is cool so Tony says its fine and he doesn't mind and gves them his blessing. Then later in the episode Tony is driving along having a fun time singing to the radio when The Chi-Lites "Oh Girl" comes on and it makes Tony start get all in his feelings which results in this great moment:
