Why did he went back to the states?
He's more like Noah than he'd like to admit. He couldn't just stay and chill overseas while his people were still in bondage. Plus Devi was bullshyt. She seemed to show no concern for Cato's safety and health when he was out there.

She wanted him to free himself mentally because she wanted him to stay...when he got knocked down he saw she was using him more for her needs of her being powerful with him....and he wanted more then just to be rich and powerful he wants to change things...now for the better or worse has yet to be determined
