So let me get this right.
It's established that the man is emotionally/mentally disturbed...
At most, his sole offenses were jaywalking/traffic violations and possibly eluding...even THOUGH he was disturbed
He's confirmed suicidal, and reached for his wallet...possibly knowing the notorious NYPD would shoot
NYPD shoots, misses, hits innocents, and THEN uses tasers on the man, ignoring protocol and being completely ass backwards
Man is jailed, and a grand jury that hears cases regularly not only is swayed by the D.A. but BELIEVES there's enough REASONABLE suspicion to charge this man as if he's responsible for the shootings...not the oft-inaccurate, overzealous, highly publicized officers from one of the most notoriously incompetent police departments in U.S. history?
