A construction worker ('eye witness') said he fought the cop/reached for the taser, and the cop was forced to shoot. They played that in the news the week following and it's been quiet ever since.

at what point is it ok for a cop to pull his gun on a dude thats fighting him and going for the shyt in his belt? because if dude goes from unarmed to armed...
i dont like the police, but theres a certain point where they do have the right to pull that shyt out. i wouldnt start a fight on the street with a dude i knew i had a gun
