So the shooter is claiming he couldn't hit his intended target even though
1) He had a rifle
2) Tons of time to line up his intended target
3) The therapist and his patient were literally not moving in an open road
And to top it all off. Dude is a member of their local SWAT and probably one of the worst shots in the world if he did in fact miss all 3 shots
But who believes that he really hit the wrong person 
And 4) The therapist was screaming at the top of his lungs the guy was autistic and holding a toy
Now he claims he couldn't hear what we all heard the the therapist screaming on the footage It's like the only mentally challenged person here was the fukkin maniac with the badge and gun
