Will Obama do the right thing here? I wonder if the UN will sanction the US and create a no fly zone over the area if they dont comply? Or is that option just reserved only for Africans and Arabs?

i don't think it's a good idea. i don't believe foreign contries give a shyt about indians. i think its some pr type of shyt, and if tribes were given sovereignty, foreign governments and/or criminal organizations would try to take advantage of it. one of the major mexi cartels are using one to grow massive ammount of weed!
