Nah I got it all off his career after The Cool album. The Cool was a step below FNL but everything else in his career has been ten steps below what he was doing around the mixtapes and his debut. And I'm expecting more of the same because he refuses to feel comfortable just being a rapper. Now he's so self conscious about the image he's portraying and being artsy.

Maybe he's just evolved as an artist. His mixtapes were more hustler oriented but it's unrealistic to think he should be stuck on the same subject matter he was six years ago. I don't listen to Lupe to hear how cleverly he can rap about flipping a pack. As far as the album cover I would call it more counter-intuitive than artsy, not nearly as forced as MBDTF type shyt you get from Kanye.
