The names of the attorneys are right there. UMG is represented by Sidley Austin - another big law firm. Basically one of biggest dawgs in Chicago but they’re national. But the two young associates did most of the work on this they’re in their late 20s if not about 30 and graduated from law school only 5 years ago. One is American and the other is from Canada.
