False. MOST (if not all) institutions DO NOT let you submit dissertations willy nilly. Often when you submit via the university, theres a formalized process to publishing it.

I'm gonna let you reconcile the fact that the man told he you flat out got his doctorate in a psychology counseling program with as much clarity as he did.

Its easily proven and you refuse to acknowledge it.

So go look at graduation statistics. He probably knew he was going to get the degree so he took the title. Whats clear is that he now has his degree. I don't really care.

As already pointed out, he's not listed in PCOM's graduation commencement and his dissertation isn't on their website but all the others are! The only evidence we have of his claim of having a doctorate is that he SUBMITTED a dissertation in 2010, and he's already a proven liar about his education. I can pull up my sister's dissertation online right now. "Dr. Umar" could easily silence his skeptics by posting his. He's already on youtube, FB, and twitter all day. I don't know you are so passionately leaping the his defense with no evidence to support him.
