Things not looking good for Umar 
Black: He isn't too far off in this regard. You could lower a person's immune system utilizing a microsphere. A microsphere being just a particle that is manufactured with materials such as plastics or fibers, and some other materials. It is not beyond the pale to consider an idea of manufacturing a microsphere to inject particles into a person's body, lower his/her immune system, and then inject cancerous material. Of course the cancer may die off, but the risk of cancer would increase in that individual. I know of some studies that utilize microspheres as time released therapy, so that idea may not be totally nonsense.

Green: There is a black market for organs, and that isn't beyond the pale either. Even I believe they use Black peoples organs for the black market organ transplants. Although I don't believe they are actively killing us, but the conditions are sure ripe enough to capitalize off the death of a Black person.
Blue: Societal changes do influence behavior in groups of people and may bring about more effeminate qualities in certain people. A society that represses masculinity and finds the more feminine, meek person to be less threatening, and that person thusly benefits from behaving in certain ways will produce more meek and feminine children. Is it a plot? Not necessarily. Just the conditions of seeing Black males as "others" and those same Black males being masculine are probably too much. We naturally have deep voices and whether you notice it or not, Black males tend to try and mask their voice by creating higher pitches when talking with others all in a guise to sound "professional", which there is no voice tonality of professionalism.
And sexuality being dependent upon environment is also a good indication of the likely reason why there is a lot of homosexual Black men in America.

I don't know about the stock market and the drug trades, but I do know the American government utilized the illegal drug trade to finance covert wars. Who knows what's really going on outside of those in the financial markets, or governmental offices of importance?
Is he an idiot? No.
Does he behave like a child? Yes.
I think Dr. Johnson has been through some things that he hasn't fully recovered from. That is my personal opinion. He needs to work more on himself for now.

Why isn't he running a school NOW? Why isn't he teaching NOW? Why can't he start out on a small scale NOW? Why can't he run after school programs NOW? Something small just to get started. Maybe.....just maybe if people saw his plan in action and working......maybe they'd actually invest. I know its a novel concept

It is nonsense. You just listed a hypothetical of something that could possibly be conceivable with no medical evidence to support that it's even possible. Even if it is possible it's a far cry from "there is a vast medical conspiracy to use vaccines to cause time-release cancer, heart disease, and epilepsy" with zero logic or evidence behind it.
Okay. That link was a virology professor saying that the H1N1 virus of a 1977 shows an antigenic shift that resembles that of a H1N1 of a 1950 outbreak. The professor postulates about why that is, and one hypothesis he throws out is that the 1950 virus could have been released either by accident or intentionally.
I'm sorry, but this has exactly what to do with "Dr. Umar's" claim that H1N1, HIV, and ebola are manmade, biologically-engineered viruses?
So again, just making shyt up no evidence or logic behind it.

(1) The hypothetical is the point, I am going over a hypothetical based on what I know and have studied. I am just being creative here. And there is logic behind it. I am not going to spoon feed you information on what I write about. If you want to know about the logic behind it, go to amazon and buy, "Microbiology: A Human Perspective", read that, then do some research (i.e., look up papers). Then again, not everyone is as creative as I am, so you still may say, "that's impossible". You keep saying that. I will keep doing what I am doing.
(2) Certain strains of the virus could be created in a lab is all I am hinting at here. It is not too hard to make a virus if you know what you're doing. You could take a certain animal cell and tweak its genetic code to create a virus for humans. Who knows???
(3) Like I said, "I believe" (operative word: believe). I don't need people to come out and tell me such and such is happening to us and to be cautious. I can see patterns. But I base this belief on a few stories I've heard:
