That's actually pretty illegal. Having a certificate & having an actual license are 2 heavily distinct things. Just because someone has, for example, a Paramedic Certificate doesn't mean they can tell people they're a Paramedic until they have their actual License in hand.

On top of that, having a Doctorate/PhD does NOT entitle you to actually be a LICENSED CLINICIAN.

Its VERY illegal.

Plus, if you just got a certificate, CLAIM that...but to false flag like that is VERY unethical.

If someone doesn't have a license but claims to be licensed...that's a big problem. You wouldn't want your Dr. to say "I can't legally perform any medical procedures in this state...but because I'm black and you're black...we gotta look out for each other" would you?

If someone is claiming to want to run an educational institution, they should be qualified. And, (here's the kicker) there is nothing wrong with being unqualified. But MISLEADING your people into thinking you are qualified countless times - he has never once said "I'm NOT licensed"...he has mislead people by outright lying and/or dancing around the issue - is wrong.


Couple that with the fact that he wants to "lead children" and it's even more damning. You can't expect someone who is not qualified AND lying about their qualifications to be a good educator for the children in need.
