The outward showing of disrespect isn't the same as it is in rural America... until you go into rural areas that is. But, in all areas they are people and it's not this "hey nikkas, come to Asia!?!" attitude. Nor should it be. But that's not the topic, it's videogames and why aren't we being represented much outside of stereotypical characters and then reason is the perception of us as a people. They don't respect us, they do look down on us, they look down on dark skin period (culturally speaking) and as long as white ppl push the narrative for us, and the nikkaz are as apathetic as you demonstrated here? Why should they respect a group that clearly doesn't respect itself enough too care?

Why would Asians create a game with a black lead character?

there are billions of Asians. Of course they’d make games looking like them. When I lived in Japan I saw hundreds of games I’ve never heard of that are only sold in Asian markets. Why would they make a game with a black lead in games that won’t be released in America or Europe?
