They've been refunding people not just the overcharge, but the entire rest of the purchase. Worth a shot.

I'd say 4 by far is the best RE and arguably one of the best games ever, so definitely get that game. As far as the old school overhead RE's (1-3, CV), I've only played Code Veronica. I recommend that too. 5 is fun also if you are looking for a fun action co-op game.

only play the resident evil's with a number after them and code veronica everything else is for diehard RE fans only (and most of them still don't play RE's outside of the main stories)
