the UK now is militarily stronger than it was in the 80s and theres a garrison on the islands themselves to repel any future invasion
@Cuban Pete I know you speak the language so peep what the older lady said, the government pushes the narrative that they were killed off in the Paraguay War but she was born decades after the fact, she tried to renew her passport and they assumed she was from Peru or some shyt cause it's no way she could be from there.
This woman said there are descendants of immigrants who came from Cape Verde in the 19th century as well as other parts of Africa (mainly Senegalese street vendors) in the late 20th century but again the black population was concealed by the government.
