If it warrants a tech, it should be called as such - no matter the situation.
I don't know why anyone would be surprised that your bytchass is defending bytchassness. Nobody in that arena paid to see that chic referee. That was clearly a case of the ref letting her ego get involved because she felt disrespected by a player that she clearly doesn't like. Dude clapped in the heat of the moment and immediately turned and walked away before she blew the whistle. She had every opportunity to do the same.

Next time you're in LA, PM me, so you can catch this two-piece.I don't know why anyone would be surprised that your bytchass is defending bytchassness. Sit your dumbass down.Oh your one of those people...
that gives tickets for going 47 in a 45 (speeding is speeding right? ?)
Does every crime get the same punishment in in the judicial system?
You cannot decide 48 min basketball games because of technical fouls.
I should expect no less from a person whose entire basketball analysis relies solely on pages and pages of stats
I don't agree with this, especially in the NBA. Players do and say a lot worse than that during the game and aren't called for tech's. At the end of a close game, one possession, when things are tense, you don't call that. That was a showboat referee call and she wanted to make the game about herself. Good referees don't want to decide the game or make themselves a part of it.

I wasn't really specifically talking about this situation, but just in general. I don't it like when referees swallow their whistles at the end of games, because it takes away from the continuity of how the rest of the game is called. Fouls/techs should be called no matter the margin or time remaining on the clock - if it's warranted.I don't agree with this, especially in the NBA. That was an absolute terrible call and an obvious attempt to inject herself into the show. Awful.

Yeah...I don't know why people think that's not a T.
You don't want refs "deciding" the game? Don't do stupid shyt.
