Only in retrospect could you say Big Sean had a chance.

In his defense he's improved immensely since then, but when he first came out he was several levels below those guys. I don't see any point where he enters the conversation

I think he's nothing special, but outside of my personal opinion he doesn't even have the hits to have his name mentioned with Kenny and them. The only one in the same ballpark with K Dot, Cole and Drake from that era is ASAP Rocky, Travis and maybe Cudi.
