White people rape so many people that they shouldnt be surprised that there are rapists abroad. What makes it funnier(their shock), is that white folk have probably raped more women and children in the United states then in Uganda in the last 10 years.
Im positive Sweden has raped more women and children then Ugandans.

The study you're talking about is the exact same one that is cited in this article. Look at the rating for Kenya from that one and from this one, for example- they're the same.
