If Hooker can't get an early finish he's toast against top competition, takes too much punishment to keep his style over 5 rounds, he pretty much couldn't do any of the shyt he found success with early by the end of round 3.
His cardio just isn’t that good. He did the same thing against Felder where he faded and his volume dropped in later rounds. He’s lucky Felder isn’t as aggressive as Poirer and he got that home country judging

LW division continues to be the best in MMA. Loved some of the techniques on display throughout the fight, the phone booth fighting, knees, strikes from inside, body shots, etc.
He probably still needs time off, but Tony Ferguson fighting either of the 2 would be fireworks.
Charles Oliveira vs Hooker would be a really fun fight as well.

Yeah, whether it's cardio or damage or whatever, dude is completely helpless at the end of his fights. He seemed like he wanted to cry by the end of the Felder fight. Everyone loses something by the end but he's gotta figure something out if he's gonna consistently do 5 rounds.
