A split second is all it takes between victory or defeat, that's never more true than in combat sports.

You can’t judge a fight off of damage though. Some people bruise and cut easier than others. And most of that came in the second round, which Angela clearly won.

that's not how this works

it was a close fight, but Claudia easily dominated round one, Angela took round two, and then Claudia edged out the final round in the final minutes. it was close and can be argued a draw, but a split decision win was the right call.

if we're using the above logic of judging based off looks afterwards, then Walt Harris just won his fight as well because he looks less fukked up than Overeem

Ref did a great job. Had to give Walt a chance after correctly giving Overeem all that time in the first round

UFC coaches/cornermen on the other hand are terrible. I know it's a tall cage but you can still throw in a towel

Yeah, this was actually solid ref work. We've all seen Reem knocked the fukk out enough times to know exactly what he looks like when he's unconscious

But no one wanted to stop the fight on Walt though. Can't blame them either in this situation...
