This card is :whoo:, especially considering it's a damn FS1 card. One of my more anticipated title fights, the return of Pettis against an always game Alvarez and Browne/Mitrione which is going to fireworks. Cruickshank/Felder should be another solid scrap.

Cruz/Dillashaw is a super tough fight to call. I can easily see either fighter taking it. I'm leaning a bit more towards Dillashaw because of Cruz's injuries.

Seeing Cruz come back and reclaim his title after all the injuries would be a great moment to see :mjcry:

I have to root for him, even though I expect it to be a very close and competitive fight.

I don't know if its Cruz talking, the dislike of dillashaw and his situation with TAM, or what. But people are acting like hes going to beat Dillashaw for sure. And I don't see it. Dillashaw is like a more evolved version of Cruz, complete with combination striking and decent power. I mean Cruz hasn't been fighting in forever. And the only opponent hes ever faced that was similar to TJ was DJ. And in that fight MM wasn't allowing Cruz to move around and was pretty much lighting him up. Cruz had to resort to wrestling since he was way bigger then him and could hold him down. I think TJ wins by landing the more effective offensive. He actually attacks on angles and throws more volume with power. Cruz doesn't because he is so defensive. He just gets in enough to throw a jab or TD then hes out before you hit him. I don't think that will work with someone equally as fast like TJ

As far as the rest, I got Pettis kicking Alvarez head into next week. Alvarez is not a pressure fighter so Pettis will have the range to unless his long straights/kicks. And Alvarez always gets hurt badly in his fights. Browne/Mitrione can go either way. Both guys are prone to bad nights. Pearson/Trinaldo is just a battle of LW gatekeepers. Could go either way

hope youre wrong. Cruz's resume speaks for itself. dillashaws only solid victories were barao. The only thing i can see be a problem for cruz is rust, he will have a solid game plan.
Dills a killer but i think he is feelin himself a bit too much

And him starching Barao, who was considered the best, was better then anyone Cruz has ever beat. All Cruz ever does is have close narrow decisions

Barao aint touching DJ breh, who is arguably the best fighter in the world. Not even close. And that victory was clear cut for cruz.

Barao is stationary. Lets see how dill fights against someone who moves. This fight could go either way. Im hopin for cruz victory tho. Brehs been through alot, to see him win would be a great story

I'm torn on the main event like Cruz's knee ligaments :lolbron:

I think prime Cruz beats prime Dillashaw, but after all of the injuries that Cruz has been through I wouldn't be surprised to see Dilla destroy him tonight. With that said my heart is telling me to ride with Cruz.

:heh: I want Cruz to win. And then I want Faber vs TJ and TJ to lose again.
