:hhh: at anyone hating on Holm's career

sure she may not have gone on and completely dominated after winning the title, but a 13-5 record in MMA and a 33-2 record in boxing and winning titles in both is a great career. not to mention a couple of those MMA losses were terrible decisions.

either way ... it's still better than all of these DOUBLE DIGIT LOSS, fools gold, 50/50 fighters that get gassed up all the time like the Diaz brothers, Masvidal, Cowboy, Smith, etc., etc., etc.

Her only signature win is Ronda. Cyborg dominated her, Nunes dominated her, Valentina dominated her. Germaine was the only controversial decision and that's only because she landed punches after the horn twice. She completely choked against Miesha. She lost to all the top women.

Which were terrible decisions? And while I agree those fighters you named are a tad bit overrated you can't compare men fighting at LW/WW, arguably the two most competitive men's divisions, with a woman fighting at women's bantamweight/featherweight.

the Germaine decision was absolutely atrocious. Holly won that fight arguably 4 rounds to 1, but for sure 3 rounds to 2. That’s the main one..

Cyborg did not “dominate” her... Cyborg won the fight no doubt, but won it 3 rounds to 2 on the majority judges scorecards. Majority 48-47 decision.
