Fight boiled down to Poirier having no issue taking Conor's hard shots unlike the first fight at 145.
That extra 10 lbs makes a huge difference.
Also Conor still has a weakness to leg kicks with his stance. Most opponents can't take advantage cause he's a lefty but with Dustin also being a lefty he ate that leg up. And then he did what he does once he hurt him. Dustin probably has more finishes against the fence than anyone I've ever seen.
Off the top he's finished Medieros, Gaethje, Alvarez and now Conor there.

This has been my thinking and why I picked Dustin. I was completely perplexed at nikkas hyping Conor up over beating the corpse of Cerrone. I was even more perplexed at people thinking this would be an easy win for Conor. Forget the fact that Porier is a much better fighter than he was in their first fight, dude has been out here getting title shyts and fighting wars while Conor fought a washed up dude for less than a minute.
