I see Gaethje throwing those naked leg kicks against Conor. His bread and butter

Rewatch Nasrat v Dober from earlier tonight. Throwing those naked leg kicks makes you susceptible to a straight/overhand counter.

Gaethje hasn’t shown the defense to counter that flaw in his game plan and he’s been susceptible to being wobbled and dropped against hard hitters like Porier.

Conor hits too hard for him to really take that gamble early in the fight. I’m not seeing Gaethje winning right now.

Connor has never shown any ability to counter leg kicks and Justin throws those shyt with odd timing and surprising speed. When has Gaetje ever been slept clean with one shot? His only losses were grueling back and forth dog fights. We know Connor folds when his opponent doesn’t go away early so I can’t see him doing what Alvarez/Poirer did. Sloth Diaz was able to destroy him in the clinch in both fights. Gaethje is brutal there. Think about it. Gaethje slumped Cowboy in his last fight why didn’t Connor accept his call out? Connor don’t want those problems

Conor wrecked him, but Cerrone's been a punching bag for a while now.

I'd like to see McGregor fight Masvidal next. They can both get a quick turnaround.

Justin gets dropped alot and he is very resilient like Ferguson almost
I see him fighting smart and grappling early tho

Great take on the state of affairs rn

I think he should stay at 170 rn cause khabib is the greatest fighter on the planet rn

:rudy:

khabib is a 155 pounder who fights once every two years.

He would get his ass thoroughly whooped by any of the top ten welterweights
