my main argument is he fukks jones up badly on the feet.

I think jones wins though

Jones has eaten flush shots from the former heavyweight champ without flinching, has statistically outstruck every fighter he's ever faced (yes even the first Gus fight and the Santos fight too) and has never even been seriously rocked, let alone knocked down or KOed in 27 fights. 44 year old Silva was giving Izzy problems in the clinch and was able to land clean whenever he actually bothered to fight instead of doing his wingchun pantomime backed up against the cage; until Jon is pushing 40 himself Izzy has no hope of being competitive against him. Dude is barely a year removed from almost losing to Marvin Vettori; weight classes exist for a very real reason and there are plenty of fun, exciting, competitively justifiable fights for him at the weightclass he just won the title in half an hour ago that don't involve arbitrarily forcing him up another one to fight arguably the best fighter to ever live :snoop:

Jon is only 32. these people are delusional.

He tends to coast when he doesn't see a threat, true. but WHEN he does get hit, he turns it up VERY fast.

Sorry but Jon having any issues with a MW is laughable. He belong in HW with people like Francis. THAT is a challenge, not a MW. People are being foolish. Jon is the Floyd of MMA. no one will ever beat him. ever.

I can't even see Izzy getting past the oblique kick. :ld:

I'm a fan of dude but I'm at the point with Bones Jones that I am with Floyd at the height of his powers. I gotta see it to believe it. Because of how Jones fights, I don't see a smaller guy giving him problems. Adesanya will be taken to the ground and beat the fukk up. The holes in Jon's games aren't there anymore. Maybe when he was fighting the Brandon Vera's of the world but he's been in there with too many different types of championship caliber fighters. He's cleaned out his division twice. He fights with so much precision nowadays.
Jones boxing is still pretty bad, there just isn't anyone at LHW to take advantage of it.
