Andrade is so trash tho. No technique or any discernible skill. She's just tough and strong as shyt. Gotta feel for Rose. She had the perfect gameplay and was looking sharp as fukk on the feet

Basically. Rose made her look slow and amateurish in the stand-up.

But a fukked up neck is a fukked up neck, I suppose...

Honestly, if a slam does you in like that, retirement might have to be on the table. You can't really train your neck in the same way you train any other section of your body.
