As for Nunes... she hits hard. That's a big thing not trying to downplay it, but she's never NOT been the strongest person in the cage. I don't think she's technically skilled enough to hang. If Holm of all people can only fend Cyborg off, then its not a joke. She real. And yeah - no one will say that Holm didn't get any good hits in. But the price she had to pay for ONE hit getting through clean was absurd. All she could do was a quick one two and get out. That was it. Her counters and elbows were worthless. She survived the fight which was the bigger achievement. From midway through the 2nd it was clear the difference in ability.

Just you saying Nunes isn’t technical enough let’s me know you’ve don’t pay attention to her fights. Saying she hasn’t face equally strong women is false too(Mcmann, Zingano) She is just as big as Cyborg(maybe beats her in reach) She also has reliable kicking game. Has shown a practical MMA sub game. Holm is trash who has the most predictable striking/entries ever and she was able to be competitive in exchanges(with no power) and stifle Cyborg in the clinch. Nunes is just as strong and has power(ask Zingano who said the fight she had with Nunes fukked up her pituitary gland and she couldn’t fight often due to weight cutting) She doesn’t need to explode into exhanges with predictable signs that’s easily countered. Her only issue is not getting sloppy/gassing which she hasn’t done in a while(and Cyborg doesn’t push a frenetic pace to cause that) I think she’s gonna surprise folks sat and prove why Cyborg is overrated. Two “GOATS” who are confirmed cheats on the same card.
