Should've is the contraction of should have. Example, " You should have paid more attention in school."
The phrase "Should of" doesn't make any sense. If you're an adult typing "should of" you're fukking stupid.

if your gonna grammar nazi might as well do it properly breh

It's staying as is :smugdraper:

when i was training, i heard a quote that stuck with me forever

when you gas and you get fatigued, you will drop one belt level

for example, when you are tired, a blackbelt becomes a brown belt. a gassed brown belt becomes purple. etc.

same is true for boxing. my college roommate is a boxer. he said the most impressive thing about floyd, and one of the main reasons hes the GOAT, is hes never gassed ever. round 12 hes as fresh as round 1. many ppl think thats easy, but floyd is constantly moving on his bicycle, feinting, slipping punches. taht shyt is extremely tiring. but his cardio is world class.

that brings me to jon jones. in mma, cardio is one of the most important aspects of any fighter. its the reason why bj penn could never reach that next level. dude simply didnt have cardio. i can list others down that similarly fade after 2-3 rounds. cardio is also one of the reasons nick and nate diaz are so incredible, is they actually turn it up on later roudns when their opponents fade. ppl think peds wouldnt affect john, but thats simply wrong. if he was taking epo or other peds to increase his cardio, that would be the best thing for him. the ability to not gas and stay fresh in a 5 round fight is the most valuable thing u can have.

imo jj and andersons legacies are forever tainted for gettin popped.

No doubt.....

In my opinion, it doesnt and that’s why I don’t like to judge people off shyt like this because unless one can conclusively and concretely prove that every fight either took they was on roids.

Which of course can’t be proven, it doesn’t change how I feel about them.

Also you can’t prove intent, if shyt was legitimately an accident, it’s not fair to label them as cheaters.

Training, technique, and skill trumps all that shyt to me

I'm more forgiving of Anderson, because I think he only started on PEDs after the leg break... he was already old when the break occurred

Flash in the pan? He won 6 fights in a row as champ with 5 KOs.

:camby:Mark Hunt
:camby:Andrei Arlovski
:camby:Fabricio Werdum
:camby:Alistair Overeem
:camby:Junior Dos Santos
:camby:Francis Ngannou

Every single one of these men is out of his prime and completely washed. Stipe came in at a time when the Heavyweight division was shyt, cleaned up and was promoted like he was stud. As soon as he faced real competition he was taken out like the bum he is.

wildly disrespectful... just because someone loses doesn't mean they're a bum :comeon:
